摘 要:目的调查弥勒市吸血蠓主要种类并评估化学防治效果。方法采用人诱停落法监测防治前后成蠓的密度。化学防治采用超低容量喷雾、热烟雾喷雾、滞留喷洒等技术。结果捕获吸血成蠓的种类为台湾蠛蠓,灭前平均密度为3.47只/(人·min),化学防治后的第3、7、15、30天,成蠓平均密度下降率分别为42.9%、64.7%、90.2%、95.9%;相关密度指数(RPI)值为42.9~4.5。结论弥勒市城区侵害叮咬人群的吸血蠓类为单一的台湾蠛蠓种群;采用化学防治可有效迅速地将成蠓密度控制在较低水平。Objective To investigate the bloodsucking midges in Mile City of Yunnan Province and evaluate the effect of chemical control.Methods Monitoring the density of adult midges before and after the control by using human-induced method.Results The species of blood sucking midges captured was Lasiohelea taiwana.The average density before control was 3.47 insects per person in a minute.On the 3 rd,7 th,15 th and 30 th day after the control works,the average density of adult midges decreased by 42.9%,64.7%,90.2% and 95.9%,and the RPI values were between 42.9 and 4.5.Conclusion The bloodsucking midges captured in Mile City were Lasiohelea taiwana,which could be effectively controlled with chemicals.
