美食广场集中灭鼠效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察物理器械灭鼠方法在美食广场的灭鼠效果。方法采用粘鼠板法监测鼠密度和灭治鼠类。结果防治过程中共捕获鼠101只,均为黄胸鼠。鼠密度从防治前的4.5%下降到灭后的0.25%,下降率为94.44%。结论餐饮食品行业采用粘鼠板集中灭鼠,可以快速降低鼠密度,是一种在餐饮食品行业安全、环保的灭鼠方法。Objective To analyze the rodent control effect with sticky boards in a food court.Methods Rodent density monitoring and rodent control were implemented with sticky boards.Results A total of 101 rodents,all belonging to Rattus flavipectus were captured.The rodent density decreased from 4.5% to 0.25% after control,showing the effect of 94.44%.Conclusion The use of sticky board in the food and beverage industry displays good rodent control effect,which is a safe and environmentally friendly method for rodent control in the food and beverage industry.
