摘 要:目的分析2017年黑龙江省肾综合征出血热(HFRS)宿主动物种类构成、密度、感染率与带病毒率情况,为黑龙江省预防控制HFRS提供依据。方法用夹夜法捕鼠,采集鼠肺和鼠血标本,免疫荧光法进行汉坦病毒(HV)抗原、抗体检测,对结果进行统计学分析。结果 10个监测点共捕鼠3 198只,鼠密度为7.73%,秋季鼠密度高于春季鼠密度,村内鼠密度高于野外鼠密度;捕获鼠种2目11种,野外黑线姬鼠占比最高,村内褐家鼠占比最高;鼠平均带病毒率为7.90%,平均感染率为13.22%;褐家鼠带病毒率(11.67%)、感染率(15.96%)均高于黑线姬鼠带病毒率(6.19%)、感染率(13.39%)。结论 2017年黑龙江省褐家鼠HV带病毒率、感染率较高,需要加大防鼠、灭鼠力度,进一步加强人群疫苗接种覆盖率。Objective To analyze the species composition,density,infection rate and virus-carrying rate of the host animals of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) in spring and autumn at the 10 monitoring points in Heilongjiang Province in 2017,and provide a basis for the prevention and control of HFRS in Heilongjiang Province.Methods After catching rats by the trap-at-night method,the specimens of the blood and lungs of rats were collected,Hantavirus(HV) antigen and antibody by immunofluorescence assay were detected and analyzed statistically.Results A total of 3 198 rodents were captured in 10 monitoring points and the density was 7.73%.The rodent density was higher in autumn than that in spring,higher in the village than that in field.The captured rodents were identified as 11 species in 2 orders.The dominant species was Apodemus agrariui in the fields,while Rattus norvegicus was the dominant spicies in the villages.The average virus-carrying rate was 7.90%,and the average infection rate was 13.22%.The virus-carrying rate and infection rate of R.norvegicus(11.67% and 15.96%,respectively) were higher than those of A.agrarius(6.19% and 13.39%,respectively).Conclusion The HV carrying rate and infection rate in Rattus norvegicus were high in 2017 in Heilongjiang Province.The HFRS epidemic could be controlled by depressing the rodent densities and giving wide vaccination.
