摘 要:目的掌握东营市辖区内白纹伊蚊密度、分布及季节消长情况,为登革热的有效防控提供科学依据。方法采用布雷图指数法(BI)监测白纹伊蚊幼蚊密度,采用人诱停落法监测白纹伊蚊成蚊密度。结果 6—9月均监测到白纹伊蚊幼蚊和成蚊,季节性消长明显,呈单峰型。9月白纹伊蚊密度最高,幼蚊布雷图指数为48.92,成蚊停落指数为29.73只/(人·h)。孳生容器中废弃轮胎容器指数最高为41.42%。结论东营市白纹伊蚊分布十分广泛,并且密度较高,存在因登革热输入性病例引发本地流行的风险。建议加强环境卫生综合治理,清除废弃轮胎及小型积水,减少白纹伊蚊孳生地,适时开展化学消杀,降低白纹伊蚊密度,防止登革热的发生和流行。Objective To investigate the density,distribution and seasonal fluctuation of Aedes albopictus in Dongying City,and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control.Methods The density of Aedes albopictus larvae was monitored with the method of Breteau index(BI),and the density of adult Aedes albopictus was monitored with the method of human induced stopping.Results From June to September,the dynamics of larvae and adults of Aedes albopictus showed obvious seasonal fluctuation and unimodal pattern.The density of Aedes albopictus peaked in September,with the Breteau index of 48.92,and the adult mosquito resting index of 29.73 insects in an hour.The highest index of breeding container was 41.42% found in waste tires.Conclusion In 2019,Aedes albopictus was widely distributed in Dongying City,and its density was relatively high,so there might be a risk of local epidemic caused by imported cases of dengue fever.In order to reduce the breeding place of Aedes albopictus,it is suggested to strengthen the comprehensive environmental management,and to clear the tires and small accumulated water.It is necessary to timely carry out chemical control to reduce the density of Aedes albopictus and prevent the occurrence and prevalence of dengue fever.
