黄氏消肿散结合甘露消毒丹加减治疗湿热壅滞肺胃型急性扁桃体炎30例

摘　　要：目的观察黄氏消肿散结合甘露消毒丹加减治疗湿热壅滞肺胃型急性扁桃体炎临床疗效。方法临床收集60例湿热壅滞肺胃型急性扁桃体炎患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组局部喷吹黄氏消肿散、口服中药甘露消毒丹加减治疗,对照组口服阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗,疗程各5 d。观察两组患者症状、体征,判断临床疗效及不良反应状况。结果对照组有效率63.33%(19/30)低于治疗组90.00%(27/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组扁桃体缩小时间、充血缓解时间、渗出物消失时间[(3.62±0.84) d、(4.02±0.86) d、(2.71±0.60) d]高于治疗组[(2.94±0.71) d、(3.35±0.75) d、(2.29±0.57) d],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组和治疗组VAS评分为(0.97±0.61)分、(0.46±0.37)分,扁桃体肿大为(1.01±0.51)分、(0.57±0.40)分,充血为(0.89±0.34)分、(0.51±0.32)分,声音嘶哑为(0.81±0.43)分、(0.39±0.25)分,对照组和治疗组上述指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者无不良反应出现。结论黄氏消肿散结合甘露消毒丹治疗湿热壅滞肺胃型急性扁桃体炎效果好,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangshi Xiaozhong Powder combined with Ganlu Xiaodu Pill on acute tonsillitis of lung and stomach damp-heat syndrome.Methods Sixty cases of lung and stomach damp-heat syndrome acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huangshi Xiaozhong Powder and Ganlu Xiaodu Pill,while the control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets for 5 days.The symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were judged.Results The effective rate of the control group 63.33%(19/30) which was lower than that of the treatment group(90.00%,27/30)(P<0.05).The tonsil shrinkage time,congestion remission time and exudate disappearance time of the control group[(3.62 ± 0.84) d,(4.02 ± 0.86) d,(2.71 ± 0.60) d] were higher than those of the treatment group [(2.94 ± 0.71)d,(3.35 ± 0.75) d,(2.29 ± 0.57) d] with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the control group and the treatment group were(0.97 ± 0.61) points and(0.46 ± 0.37) points,respectively.Tonsil enlargement scores were(1.01 ± 0.51) points and(0.57 ± 0.40) points,respectively.The congestion scores were(0.89 ± 0.34) points and(0.51 ±0.32) points,respectively.The hoarseness scores were(0.81 ± 0.43) points and(0.39 ± 0.25) points,respectively.The differences between the control group and the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Huangshi Xiaozhong Powder combined with Ganlu Xiaodu Pill is effective and safe in the treatment of acute tonsillitis of lung and stomach damp-heat syndrome.
