中药痤疮合剂联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮肺经风热证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药痤疮合剂联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮肺经风热证的临床疗效与安全性。方法将93例患者随机分为3组:痤疮合剂联合中药面膜组(33例)口服痤疮合剂,外用中药面膜;痤疮合剂组(33例)单纯口服痤疮合剂;枇杷清肺饮组(33例)单纯口服枇杷清肺饮,均连续用药4周。观察3组治疗前后临床疗效、患者皮损的改善、中医证候改善及不良反应。结果痤疮合剂联合中药面膜组、痤疮合剂组、枇杷清肺饮组的总有效率分别为93.55%(28/31)、82.76%(24/29)、74.19%(23/31)(P<0.05);3组治疗后较治疗前皮疹评分、中医证候评分均降低(P<0.01),皮疹改善程度:痤疮合剂联合中药面膜组优于痤疮合剂组及枇杷清肺饮组,痤疮合剂组优于枇杷清肺饮组。中医证候改善:在皮肤痒痛、颜面潮红改善上,痤疮合剂联合中药面膜组优于痤疮合剂组及枇杷清肺饮组(P<0.05)。在口渴喜饮、舌苔改善上,痤疮合剂联合中药面膜组、痤疮合剂组优于枇杷清肺饮组(P<0.05)。3组在尿黄、便秘、舌质改善上差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组均无明显不良反应发生。结论痤疮合剂联合中药面膜能够显著提高寻常痤疮肺经风热证的临床疗效,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To research the clinical efficacy and security of Cuochuang Mixture combined with facial mask of traditional Chinese medicine in treating acne vulgaris with syndrome of wind-heat in lung meridian.Methods The selected 93 patients were randomly divided into three groups: Cuochuang Mixture with facial mask of traditional Chinese medicine group(33 cases)taking Cuochuang mixture with facial mask of traditional Chinese medicine for external use;Cuochuang mixture group(29 cases)treated with Cuochuang Mixture only,Pipa Qingfei Drink group(33 cases) treated with Pipa Qingfei Drink only.The course of treatment was all 4 weeks.The clinical effects,skin lesions,TCM syndromes and adverse reactions of the three groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates of Cuochuang Mixture with facial mask of traditional Chinese medicine group,Cuochuang Mixture group and Pipa Qingfei Drink group were 93.55%(28/30),82.76%(24/29) and 74.19%(23/31),respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,the GAGS score and TCM syndrome score of the three groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).Improvement of the GAGS: Cuochuang Mixture with facial mask of traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to Cuochuang Mixture and Pipa Qingfei Drink group.Cuochuang Mixture group was better than Pipa Qingfei Drink group.Improvement of TCM syndrome: In the improvement of skin itch and facial flushing,Cuochuang Mixture with facial mask of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than Cuochuang mixture group and Pipa Qingfei Drink group(P <0.05).In the improvement of thirst and drinking,coating on the tongue,Cuochuang Mixture with facial mask of traditional Chinese medicine group and Cuochuang Mixture group was better than Pipa Qingfei Drink group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of yellow urine,dry stool or tongue nature among the three groups(P>0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion Cuochuang Mixture with facial mask of traditional C
