苏合香丸中丁香的显微定量研究

摘　　要：目的探讨内科常用成药苏合香丸中丁香的显微定量方法,为中成药苏合香丸中丁香的含量测定提供方法。方法应用均匀设计的研究方法,以中药丁香自身作为标准代替参比物,同时运用容量分析法和中药显微定量法测定苏合香丸中丁香的含量。结果各批次中成药苏合香丸中丁香含量符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定标准。结论本次研究所使用的方法可以凭借简便快捷的优势准确地判定内科常用成药苏合香丸中是否含有中药丁香及丁香的投药量是否符合《中华人民共和国药典》要求,为苏合香丸的质量评价提供了新的有效的研究方法。Objective To explore the microscopic quantitative method of clove in Suhexiang Pill,a common medicine in internal medicine,and provide a method for the determination of clove in Suhexiang Pill.Methods The clove in Suhexiang Pill was determined by volume analysis and micro quantitative method with uniform design method.Results The contents of clove in Suhexiang Pill were in accordance with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion The method used in this study can accurately determine whether Suhexiang Pill contains cloves and whether the dosage of cloves meets the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia by virtue of its simple and rapid advantages,providing a new and effective research method for the quality evaluation of Suhexiang Pill.
