房颤的中医研究进展

摘　　要：心房颤动简称房颤,是一种常见的心律失常,具有较高的致残率和致死率。电重构及结构重构是房颤的主要发病机制[1],现代医学的主要治疗方法包括药物治疗及非药物治疗。抗心律失常药物多是各种离子通道阻滞剂,其转复和维持窦律的作用有限,因其存在严重的心脏外器官不良反应,故不宜长期使用。非药物治疗主要是射频消融术治疗,虽对部分患者可暂时获效,但远期预后不理想,且治疗费用高,因此在临床中尚未得以推广。中医学以其"整体观念"和"辨证论治"两大特点优势,同时结合中药的现代药理研究,治疗本病具有效力高、不良反应小、毒性低的特点,取得较好的临床疗效。文章就中医对房颤的病因病机、证型及治疗等进行综述,以期为房颤的临床及基础研究奠定基础。Atrial fibrillation is a common kind of arrhythmia with high rates of disability and death.Electrical remodeling and structural remodeling are the main pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation.Anti-arrhythmia drugs are mostly various ion-channel blockers,whose function of recovery and maintenance of sinus rhythm is limited.It should not be used for a long time due to the serious toxic and side effects of external organs of the heart.Non-drug therapy is mainly radiofrequency ablation therapy.Although it is effective temporarily for some patients,the long-term prognosis is not ideal.Besides,the treatment cost is high,so it has not been popularized in clinical practice.With its advantages of"holism"and"treatment based on syndrome differentiation",combined with the modern pharmacological research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM has the characteristics of high efficacy,few side effects and low toxicity in treating atrial fibrillation,and has achieved good clinical efficacy.This paper reviewed the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome types and treatment of atrial fibrillation by traditional Chinese medicine in order to lay a foundation for clinical and basic research on atrial fibrillation.
