摘　　要：子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜对胚泡的接受状态,是胚胎能否成功种植的关键。多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、输卵管积水、宫腔粘连等各种原因引起的子宫内膜容受性下降会导致胚胎着床失败,是引起不孕、流产、辅助生育技术失败的重要原因。近年来研究显示,有一些细胞因子及其相关的信号通路相互作用可参与子宫内膜容受性的建立,中医中药的干预可改善子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠率。针对影响子宫内膜容受性相关信号通路的机制及中医治疗作一综述,为进一步探讨中药治疗新手段在改善子宫内膜容受性方面提供科学依据和参考。Endometrial receptivity refers to the acceptance of blastocysts by the endometrium and is the key to successful embryo implantation. A decrease in endometrial receptivity caused by various reasons such as polycystic ovary syndrome,endometriosis,hydrosalpinx,intrauterine adhesion can lead to embryo failure which is an important reason for infertility,abortion and the failure of assisted reproductive technology in infertility abortion. Recent studies have shown that some cytokines and their associated signal pathways interactions may be involved in the establishment of endometrial receptivity. Traditional Chinese medicine intervention can improve endometrial receptivity and increase pregnancy rate. This article reviews the mechanism of endometrial receptivity-related signal pathways and Chinese medicine treatment,and provides scientific basis and reference for further exploration of new methods of traditional Chinese medicine in improving endometrial receptivity.
