摘  要:多板虱属隶属于昆虫纲、虱目、吸虱亚目、多板虱科,全世界有78种,中国有15种,是真兽类哺乳动物体表的专性吸血寄生虫和潜在的病原传播媒介昆虫。多板虱属的线粒体基因组具有不同于两侧对称动物线粒体基因组传统认识的典型性,其线粒体基因组呈现出剧烈的裂化现象,形成多个线粒体微环染色体。该文从多板虱属的蛋白编码基因、tRNA基因、rRNA基因、非编码控制区、基因重组、基因重叠和基因间隔区进行阐述,探讨多板属裂化线粒体基因组与一般昆虫线粒体基因组的差异,分析吸虱线粒体基因组裂化的原因,以期为全面认识真核生物线粒体基因组提供参考。Polyplax belongs to the class Insecta,the order Phthiraptera,the suborder Anoplura,and the family Polyplacidae in the animal kingdom.There are 78 species of Polyplax in the world and 15 species in China.Polyplax are obligate hematophagous ectoparasites of eutherian mammals and potential vectors for pathogens that can cause severe infectious diseases in humans and animals.The mitochondrial genomes of Polyplax differ from the traditional understanding of mitochondrial genomes of bilateral animals.Extensive fragmentation is present in the mitochondrial genome of Polyplax,forming multiple minicircular mitochondrial chromosomes.This paper discusses the protein-coding genes,tRNA gene,rRNA gene,noncoding control region,gene recombination,gene overlap,and intergenic region of Polyplax,and it explores the difference between the fragmented mitochondrial genome of Polyplax and the mitochondrial genome of common insects.The reasons for fragmentation of the mitochondrial genome of lice are analyzed in order to provide a reference for a comprehensive understanding of the mitochondrial genome of eukaryotes.
