摘 要:钢铁行业各生产单元过程控制系统(L2)和制造执行系统(manufacturing execution system,简称MES)既具有共性功能和特征,又具有一定程度的个性定制化需求。为了提升L2和MES软件的开发效率、质量、标准化水平以及降低运维难度,设计和开发了一种中间件平台软件系统,屏蔽底层操作系统的差异,提炼出系统间通信、数据库访问、日志报警、进程管理等公共组件和模块,提供程序的开发和部署环境,平台已在多个钢铁企业炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等单元成功应用。The process control system(L2)and manufacturing execution system(MES)of each production unit in the iron and steel industry have not only common functions and characteristics,but also have a certain degree of personalized customized demands.In order to improve the development efficiency,quality and standardization level of L2 and MES software,and reduce the difficulty of operation and maintenance,a middleware platform software system was designed and developed to shield the differences of the underlying operating system,encapsulate common components and modules such as inter-process communication,database access,log and alarm,process management,etc.,and provide the development and deployment environment of the program.The platform has been successfully applied in many iron and steel enterprises,including ironmaking,steelmaking,rolling and other units.
