摘　　要：通过对历史用户合同所有材料的生产过程进行数据分析,鉴别出同类合同过往的订货规律、生产的产线、成材率、合同完成率情况,以及生产制造过程中的各类原因产生的非正常品、合同余材等情况,并将通过大数据分析所得的结果传送至在线制造系统,确保制造管理人员在制造管理过程中能了解同类合同历史上的订货、生产情况,实现大数据与在线操作的应用结合,从而更好地进行生产管理,降低现货发生率,提高合同完成率。Through data analysis for production processes of all material in historical user contracts,the ordering rules of the past similar contracts,including production lines,yield rate,completion rate of the contracts was identified,as well as abnormal products and contract surplus materials caused by various reasons in the production and manufacturing process.The results of big data analysis were then transmitted to the online manufacturing system to ensure the people who manage the manufacturing process to understand the ordering and production situation in the history of similar contracts,which can realize the application combination of big data and online operation to better carry out production management,reduce the occurrence rate of spot goods and improve the contract completion rate.
