摘  要:由于纤维增强塑料压力容器纤维具有多种纤维缠绕方式,不同缠绕方式对超声波传播影响较大,给该类材料检验检测带来一定困难。利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对0°/90°和-53°/53°两种常见缠绕方式的纤维增强复合材料进行仿真,研究两种缠绕方式对超声波传播特性的影响。仿真结果表明:沿着纤维方向的超声波声速高于非纤维方向的声速,超声波在0°/90°缠绕方式纤维增强塑料中的传播速度比在-53°/53°缠绕方式纤维增强塑料中更小。Fiber reinforced plastic pressure vessel fibers had a variety of fiber winding methods,and different winding methods had a greater impact on ultrasonic transmission,which bought certain difficulties to the inspection and detection of such materials.ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to simulate the fiber reinforced composites with0°/90°and-53°/53°winding modes,and the influence of the two winding modes on ultrasonic propagation characteristics was studied.The simulation results show that the ultrasonic sound velocity along the fiber direction is higher than that in the non-fiber direction,and the propagation speed of the ultrasonic wave in the fiber reinforced plastic of the 0°/90°winding mode is smaller than that of the fiber reinforced plastic in the-53°/53°winding mode.
