滚塑成型聚乙烯的耐腐蚀性能研究

摘　　要：滚塑成型聚乙烯在防腐蚀过程中具有重要作用,为获得其在多种介质中的腐蚀速率数据,采用腐蚀浸泡、拉伸实验、电化学交流阻抗方法研究了滚塑成型聚乙烯试样在某些氧化性酸、还原性酸和有机介质中的腐蚀速率。结果表明,滚塑成型聚乙烯在有机介质中不耐腐蚀,出现了严重的溶胀现象,在氧化性酸(如硝酸)、还原性酸(如氢氟酸)中有优良的耐腐蚀性能,只出现了轻微的表面扩散渗透现象。Rotational molding polyethylene played an important role in corrosion protection.In order to obtain the quantitative data of corrosion rate in various media,the corrosion rate of rotational molding polyethylene in some oxidizing acid,reducing acid and organic medium was studied by corrosion immersion,tensile test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that the rotational molding polyethylene was not resistant to corrosion in organic medium,and had serious swelling phenomenon.It had excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing acid(such as nitric acid)and reducing acid(such as hydrofluoric acid),and only slight surface diffusion and penetration phenomenon appeared.
