摘  要:根据钽金属的特殊物理化学性能,介绍了钽衬里压力容器目前的应用情况、相关法规标准以及主要工艺要点。衬里压力容器主要工艺要点包括管板胀接及焊缝连接、内衬贴条及检漏结构和压制封头。建议将纵环缝上的检漏通道隔开,各通道设置单独的检漏结构,较长的通道应设置2个以上检漏结构,并且其位置应尽量沿重力方向往下,以便提高检漏效率。目前国内压力容器用钽/钢复合板暂无相关国家及行业标准,建议生产企业自行编制企业标准来保证产品质量。According to the special physical and chemical properties of tantalum metal,the current application situation of tantalum lined pressure vessels,related regulations and standards and main process points were introduced.It was recommended to separate the leak detection channels on the longitudinal ring seam.Each channel should be provided with a separate leak detection structure,and the longer channel should be provided with more than 2 leak detection structures,and its position should be down in the direction of gravity as much as possible to improve leak detection efficiency.At present,there were no relevant national and industrial standards for tantalum/steel clad plates for pressure vessels in China.It was suggested that the manufacturers should prepare their own enterprise standards to ensure the product quality.
