钛制压力容器制造监检要点

摘　　要：钛优良的性能使其在压力容器行业应用日趋广泛,但因为材料物理和化学性能不同,其加工和制造过程有别于钢制压力容器。从制造监检角度,以某台钛制容器的生产过程为例,从原材料入库检验、施焊环境、焊接作业人员资质、焊接工艺评定要求、无损检测要求、制造完成后表面检查和处理等方面,列出了其制造过程的注意要点。Titanium was widely used in pressure vessel industry because of its excellent performance.However,due to the different physical and chemical properties of materials,its processing and manufacturing process was different from steel pressure vessels.From the perspective of manufacturing supervision and inspection,taking the production of a titanium vessel as an example,the key points of manufacturing process were listed from the aspects of raw material warehousing inspection,welding environment,welding operator qualification,welding procedure qualification requirements,nondestructive testing requirements,surface inspection and treatment after manufacturing.
