摘 要:由于油田开采结束、海底管道达到设计使用年限、油田和海底管道因故停产弃置等多种原因,废弃的海底管道数量大幅增加。海底管道弃置处理方案较多,一般管道清洗完成后,可采用原地弃置、整体回收、部分回收3种形式进行处理。对于距离较长且管道规格较少的海底管道,一般采用作业线整体回收的方法;对于距离较短、管道规格较多的海底管道,可采用中小型起重船配水下管道切割设备的方式进行切割处理。通过分析沙特某项目废弃管道回收工作,对比了绳锯机和液压剪2种海底管道切割设备在使用中的优缺点。Due to the completion of oilfield exploitation,the design service life of submarine pipelines,and the shutdown and abandonment of oil fields and submarine pipelines,the number of abandoned submarine pipelines had increased greatly.There were many disposal schemes for subsea pipeline.After the pipeline cleaning,the pipeline could be disposed in situ,overall recovery and partial recovery.For the recovery of long distance and less pipeline specifications,the overall recovery method of operation line was generally adopted.For the submarine pipelines with shorter distance and more pipeline specifications,the method of underwater pipeline cutting equipment equipped with small and medium-sized crane vessels could be used for cutting.Through the analysis of the waste pipeline recycling work of a project in Saudi Arabia,the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of subsea pipeline cutting equipment,wire saw machine and hydraulic shear,were compared.
