摘　　要：项目位于宁海县城内仅存的老城核心片区,具有宁波地域建筑特色的传统院落肌理和历史建筑保存完好。场地中的城隍庙及古戏台为国家级文物保护单位,老宁海城市文化的地标。本案作为老城区更新的一个缩影,建筑师希望将现代的商业模式植入传统建筑的肌理之中,对历史传承、延续和对话,从而实现老城文化复兴。The project is located in the core area of the only remaining old downtown in Ninghai city,where the traditional courtyard texture and historical buildings with Ningbo regional architectural characteristics are well preserved.Chenghuang Temple and the ancient stage at the site are the national cultural relics protection units,and the landmark of old Ninghai city culture.As a microcosm of the old city renewal,the architect expects to implant the modern business model into the texture of the traditional arch lecture,and to inherit from,extend and have a dialogue with the history,so as to realize the cultural renaissance of the old city.
