摘　　要：项目位于湖州莫千山高新技术产业开发区东部生物医药产业园区地块内,用地呈四边矩形,北面为已建成一期建筑,二期主要功能为两个生产车间及综合研发大楼。面对紧张用地,设计需要承载大量功能的同时,还需要解决因为特殊地质原因而无法下挖地下室所带来的300多辆地面停车问题。The project,built on rectangular-shaped land,is located in the eastern biomedical industrial park of Mogan Mountain High-tech Industrial Development Zone,Huzhou.The construction of Phase Ⅰ,in the north,has been completed.Phase Ⅱ involves constructing two production workshops and a comprehensive R&D building.In the face of land shortage,the design not only needs to be multi-functional,but also solve the parking problem of more than 300 vehicles as there is no possibility to dig a basement due to exceptional geological reasons.
