摘　　要：文章介绍了美国加州及旧金山能源政策及绿色公共建筑发展概况。以旧金山公共建筑能耗监测和能源审计为例,介绍了美国办公、酒店、零售商店、纪念性等公共建筑能耗使用情况。选取加州科学技术馆为例揭示了美国绿色公共建筑发展趋势,同时指出,公共建筑能效对标和信息公示对推动大型绿色公共建筑发展具有重要作用。This article describes the development of energy policies and green public buildings in California and San Francisco.Taking San Francisco's public building energy monitoring and energy audit as an example,it introduces the energy consumption of public buildings in offices,hotels,retail stores,and monuments in the United States.Studying the important green public buildings in San Francisco,it reveals the development trend of green design of public buildings in the United States.At the same time,it explicates that public building energy efficiency benchmarking and information disclosure play an important role in promoting the green development of large public buildings.
