摘 要:目的:评价四肢长管骨创伤骨折应用钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗效果。方法:本次研究实验时间段设置为2016年9月-2019年3月,在该时间段内,对我院数据库中患者的基线资料进行调查分析后,录入其中84例患者个体资料作为实验样本纳入研究,通过随机2组均分法记名为对照组与观察组,单组样本量设置为42。对照组患者选择常规石膏外固定方案进行治疗,观察组患者则选择钢板螺钉内固定技术作为治疗方案,治疗完成后对2组患者的住院总时间、恢复时间进行记录,同时评价2组患者骨折治疗效果和治疗期间出现的不良反应,探究治疗效果。结果:治疗完成后,观察组患者的骨折恢复优良率数据为97.62%,数据明显优于对照组患者的76.19%,而观察组患者出现的治疗不良反应,同时也低于对照组数据,对比差异显著(P<0.05),本次研究成果显示,观察组患者住院时间以及患肢功能恢复时间均短于对照组,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在对四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者进行治疗时,选择钢板螺钉内固定技术进行治疗,能够有助于改善患者的治疗效果,缩短患者的康复时间,对于患者的骨骼功能恢复来说有积极意义。Objective:To evaluate the effect of plate and screw internal fixation on traumatic fracture of long bone in extremities.Methods:The experimental period of this study was set from September 2016 to March 2019.After investigating and analyzing the baseline data of patients in our hospital database,84 patients'individual data were recorded as experimental samples for inclusion in the study.The two groups were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,and the single group was divided into two groups.The cost is set to 42.Patients in the control group were treated with routine gypsum external fixation,while patients in the experimental group were treated with plate and screw internal fixation.After treatment,the total hospitalization time and recovery time of the two groups were recorded,and the therapeutic effect of fracture and adverse reactions during treatment were evaluated.To investigate the therapeutic effect.Results:After treatment,the excellent and good rate of fracture recovery in the experimental group was 97.62%,which was significantly better than 76.19%in the control group.The adverse reactions in the experimental group were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of this study showed that the length of hospital stay and affected limbs in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of functional recovery was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of traumatic fracture of long bone canal of extremities,the selection of plate and screw internal fixation technology could help to improve the treatment effect of patients,shorten the recovery time of patients,and had positive significance for the recovery of skeletal function of patients.
