摘　　要：叶天士在《临证指南医案·幼科要略》中根据四时主气将小儿温病归纳为"风温、夏热、秋燥、冬寒",开创了小儿四时温病的辨治,丰富了小儿温病的辨治理论体系。其学术经验对后世影响深远,值得进一步探讨和借鉴。According to the four seasons dominating Qi,YE Tianshi summed up the warm disease of children in the Clinical Guide to Medical Cases and Early Childhood Essentials,including wind,summer heat,autumn dryness,winter cold.Which created the diagnosis and treatment of the four-time warm disease in children,and enriched the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of children with warm disease.His academic experience has had a far-reaching influence on later generations,which has deserved further exploration and reference.
