宣肺止咳方联合西药治疗对支原体肺炎患儿心肌酶指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察宣肺止咳方联合西药治疗对支原体肺炎患儿心肌酶指标的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取安徽淮北濉溪县人民医院儿科(2017年5月1日~2019年6月30日)收治的支原体肺炎患儿80例,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。西药组给予西药治疗,中药组给予宣肺止咳方联合西药治疗。记录两组治疗前后心肌酶指标、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-4(MCP-4)水平变化,观察症状与体征消失时间,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,中药组X线病灶完全吸收时间(6.95±1.04)d、发热消失时间(3.11±0.67)d、咳嗽消失时间(4.96±1.43)d、肺部啰音消失时间(5.03±1.47)d短于西药组,总有效率(95.00%)高于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、MCP-1、MCP-4水平较治疗前下降,中药组心肌酶指标、MCP-1、MCP-4水平低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺止咳方联合西药治疗对支原体肺炎可改善心肌酶指标、降低MCP-1、MCP-4的表达水平,促进症状与体征的消失,提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of Xuanfei Zhike Recipe combined with western medicine on myocardial enzyme index for children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:Selected 80children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in pediatrics(May 1 st,2017to June 30 th,2019)from the People's Hospital of Huaibei Suixi County in Anhui province,divided into 2groups according to the treatment method,40in each group.The western medicine group was given western medicine treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Xuanfei Zhike Recipe combined with western medicine treatment.the changes of myocardial enzyme index,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(mcp-1),monocyte chemoattractant protein-4(mcp-4)level before and after treatment were recorded in the group 2,the disappearance time of symptoms and signs was observed,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was counted in the group 2.Results:The total absorption time(6.95±1.04)d,fever disappearance time(3.11±0.67)d,cough disappearance time(4.96)and lung rales disappearance time(5.03±1.47)were shorter than those in the western medicine group.The total effective rate(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and MCP-1,MCP-4decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the myocardial enzyme index and MCP-1,MCP-4level in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Zhike Recipe combined with western medicine for mycoplasma pneumonia can improve myocardial enzyme index,reduce the expression level of MCP-1,MCP-4,promote the disappearance of symptoms and signs,and improve the curative effect.
