摘　　要：目的了解儿童器官捐献决策过程中家长的心理体验,明确患儿家长的心路历程并探讨其干预方式。方法采用现象学研究方法对12例儿童器官捐献者家长进行半结构式深入访谈,应用Giorgi分析法进行资料的整理、分析。结果儿童器官捐献家长的心理体验包括情绪反应(怅然不舍、悲伤难过、犹疑不决、理解支持)、艰难抉择(无能为力感、理性决策)和寻求获得(生命延续、帮助他人、情感寄托)等3个主题。儿童器官捐献家长经历了孩子不幸离世和器官捐献的双重重大生活变故,容易产生心理危机。结论理解并尊重器官捐献患儿家长的情绪反应,引导其正确疏导消极情绪,理性应对生活变故,有助于患儿家长安全度过危机事件。Objective To investigate the psychological experience in the decision making process of parents who donated their children's organs,and to clarify the mental process of parents of children and explore their intervention methods.Methods Phenomenological methods were used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 12 parents of child organ donors,and Giorgi analysis was used to sort out and analyze the data,Results The psychological experience of these parents included three aspects as follows:emotion-al response(shock and anger,sad,hesitant,understanding),painful decision(sense of powerlessness,ration-al decision),and seeking acquisition(life extension,helping others,emotional sustenance).Parents were prone to psychological crisis in the major misfortune when their children passed away and organ donation.Conclusions Understanding and respecting the emotional responses of parents who donated their children’s organs,and guiding them to express negative emotions correctly and to deal with misfortune rationally will help them to go through the crisis safely.
