摘  要:[目的]S-诱抗素是植物五大激素中最后一个产业化的植物激素,其更多的实际应用还有待发现,试验将探索S-诱抗素在增加杀菌剂防治稻瘟病防效和水稻产量2个方面的应用。[方法]以水稻稻瘟病2种常用的杀菌剂为对象,采用田间试验方法,以杀菌剂的防治效果和水稻的产量为指标,观察S-诱抗素对2种杀菌剂防效和水稻产量的影响。[结果]2种杀菌剂添加S-诱抗素后,防治效果在一定程度上高于未添加的;同时,各处理对水稻的产量都有促进作用,最高可达11%以上;同等条件下,添加了S-诱抗素处理的产量要比未添加的增加约4%~8%。[结论]S-诱抗素可以一定程度增加2种杀菌剂防治水稻稻瘟病的效果,增加水稻的产量,可以在水稻种植中应用,达到增产的效果。[Aims]S-Abscisic acid is the last industrialized plant hormone among the five major plant hormones,and more practical applications are still to be found.This test aims to explore the application of S-abscisic acid in increasing the efficacy of fungicides to control rice blast and rice yield.[Methods]Two kinds of fungicides commonly used against rice blast were used as the targets.The field test method was conducted to investigate the effect of S-abscisic acid and rice yield as two indicators.[Results]The results showed that the prevention of the two fungicides after adding S-abscisic acid was higher than that of the non-addition under certain conditions;each treatment could promote the yield of rice by up to more than 11%;at the same time,the yield of treatment with S-abscisic acid increased by about 4-8%compared with that without the addition,under the same conditions.[Conclusions]The results showed that S-abscisic acid could increase the effect of two fungicides against rice blast to a certain extent,and increase the yield of rice,which can be used in rice planting to get more yield.
