摘　　要：通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合,建立林业领域国家重点研发专项绩效评价指标层次结构模型,根据最低层次各指标权重和指标值对考评对象作出综合评估,形成评价指标体系。在以上分析基础上,运用主成分分析法,提取关键的评价因子,制定合理的林业领域国家重点研发专项绩效评价方案。By the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper establishes the hierarchical structure model of national key research and development special performance evaluation index in the field of forestry.According to the weight and index value of each index at the lowest level,the evaluation object is comprehensively evaluated and an evaluation index system is formed.On the basis of the above analysis,the principal component analysis method is used to extract key evaluation factors and formulate a reasonable special performance evaluation of national key research and development program in the field of forestry.
