产教融合下高校科技成果转化效率评价研究

摘　　要：基于2014—2018年江苏省高校科技成果转化数据,构建SBM-DEA模型研究产教融合背景下各城市高校科技成果转化效率。结果表明,江苏高校成果转化综合效率水平不理想且呈下降趋势,各城市间综合效率差异较大,与其地方经济发展水平反差巨大;大部分城市的高校能充分利用成果转化资源,实现了纯技术有效但规模效率普遍不佳,已经出现了投入冗余或产出不足。Based on the transformation data of scientific and technological achievements of universities in Jiangsu Province from 2014 to 2018,this paper constructs the SBM-DEA model to study the transformation efficiency under the background of industry education integration.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency level in the transformation activities of university achievements in Jiangsu Province is unsatisfied and shows a downward trend.The comprehensive efficiency is quite different among cities,which is greatly different from the local economic development level.It proves that the current scientific and technological achievements of universities do not support the local economy adequately.Universities in most cities can make full use of the transformation resources of achievements and achieve pure technical efficiency,but the scale efficiency is generally poor,and there has been input redundancy or insufficient output.
