摘　　要：通过文献调研和内容分析方法,对国外项目后评估的内涵、发展历程、主要内容和研究动态进行分析和综述。经梳理发现,项目后评估研究受到广泛关注,但对于项目后评估的评估方法和评估指标的实用性研究则较少,则需要在未来研究中对其进行深入分析。This paper searches and analyzes the literature of ex-post evaluation in foreign countries in order to provide reference for the future study of ex-post evaluation.This paper analyzes and summarizes the connotation,development course,the main contents and the research of the dynamic of ex-post evaluation of project in foreign countries through literature survey and content analysis.It is found that the study of ex-post evaluation has been widely concerned,but there are few practical studies on the assessment methods and indicators of post project evaluation,so it needs to be further analyzed in the future research.
