摘　　要：通过对3号烧结机新增燃料预筛分波纹筛和一混、二混滚筒衬板换型改造,解决了配料室系统设备存在的问题,燃料粒度合格率提高了5%,烧结矿固体燃料消耗降低了4.46kg/t。In order to solve the existing problems in the proportioning chamber system,fuel prescreening corrugated screen was introduced for No.3 sintering machine,and the model of the first and second mixing drum liners were modified.The qualified rate of fuel particle size is increased by 5%,and the consumption of the solid fuel of sintering ore is reduced by 4.46kg/t.
