摘　　要：对ICU护士职业性肌肉骨骼损伤(OMSI)的影响因素及预防进行综述。总结并归纳影响ICU护士OMSI的主要影响因素,包括年龄、性别、工作性质、工作环境、排班5个方面。探讨ICU护士OMSI的预防措施,包括体育锻炼、完善ICU科室管理制度、正确使用防护工具及提高自我防护意识、加强防护教育及心理疏导,并且综合分析了预防措施的效果,为进一步制订规范的ICU护士OMSI的预防措施提供参考。In this paper,the influencing factors and prevention of occupational musculoskeletal injury(OMSI)in ICU nurses were reviewed.The main influencing factors of OMSI of ICU nurses were summarized and summarized,including age,gender,nature of work,working environment and schedule.ICU nurses OMSI prevention measures were discussed,including physical exercise,improve ICU department management system,and the correct use of protective tools and improve the self protection consciousness,strengthen safety education and psychological counseling,and the effect of preventive measures was analyzed comprehensively,in order to further develop the specification of ICU nurses OMSI prevention measures to provide the reference.
