摘  要:目的比较机场和医院放射线工作人员晶状体浑浊情况。方法将杭州市职业病防治院2016年1月至2017年12月进行体检的2239名放射线工作人员分为两组,其中杭州市某机场放射线工作人员519人为观察组,医院放射线工作人员1720人为对照组,收集个人外照射剂量及晶状体浑浊情况,进行比较分析。结果观察组无剂量统计,对照组2017年度人均年受照射剂量为(0.1378±0.1425)mSv/a;观察组晶状体浑浊率为2.03%(12/519),对照组为6.51%(112/1720),两组差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.440,P=0.000)。两组不同年龄段晶状体浑浊率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);工龄<5年工作人员中,观察组和对照组在晶状体浑浊率上差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.128,P=0.004)。结论机场放射线工作人员晶状体浑浊率低于医院放射线工作人员,但机场放射线工作人员未按照要求进行个人剂量监测,应加强监督管理。Objective To compare the lens opacity between radiological personnel in airport and hospital.Methods A total of 2239 radiological personnel who underwent physical examination from Jan.2016 to Dec.2017 in Hangzhou Occupational Disease Prevention Hospital were divided into two groups,among which 519 radiological personnel at an airport in Hangzhou were included in the observation group and 1720 radiological personnel at the hospital were included in the control group.The external irradiation dose and lens opacity were collected and statistically analyzed.Results The observation group had no dose statistics.In the control group,the average annual dose of irradiation per person in 2017 was(0.1378±0.1425)mSv/a.The rate of lens opacity in the observation group was 2.03%,and that was 6.51%in the control group(χ^2=13.440,P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the rate of lens opacity between the two groups at different ages(P>0.05).During the working life of<5 years,there was significant difference in lens opacity rate between the observation group and the control group(χ^2=8.128,P=0.004).Conclusion The lens opacity rate of the airport radiological personnel are lower than that of the hospital radiological personnel.However,the radiological personnel at the airport fail to conduct personal dose testing as required.Supervision and management should be strengthened.
