摘 要:为研究织物组织结构对机织物吸湿速干性能的影响,以75 D/72 F十字截面涤纶长丝与7.29 tex(80S)纯棉纱的复合纱为原料,设计并织造5种不同组织结构的机织物。采用热板法测试不同组织结构机织物的吸湿速干性能,对试验结果进行分析。结果表明:5种机织物的干燥速率大小为平纹>透孔>斜纹>缎纹>蜂巢,其干燥速率与织物组织结构和织物厚度有关。通过对5种机织物吸湿速干性能的分析,为纺织企业生产吸湿速干机织物提供参考。In order to study the influence of fabric structure on the moisture absorption and dryness of woven fabrics,five kinds of fabrics with different organization structure are designed from(75D/72F cross section polyester filament and 80s pure cotton yarn)as raw material and woven.The moisture absorption and drying properties of woven fabrics with different organization structure are tested by hot plate method,and the experimental results are analyzed.The results show that the drying rates of the five kinds of woven fabrics are as follows:plain>permeable>twill>satin>hive,and the drying rate is related to the fabric structure and fabric thickness.Based on the analysis of the moisture absorption and drying properties of five kinds of woven fabrics,a reference is provided for the production of moisture absorption and quick drying woven fabrics in textile enterprises.
