摘  要:针对锭杆、锭盘压装后不易检查装配质量的问题,设计了一种锭子压装检测系统,该系统可以有效测量锭子压装力。通过测量显示控制仪设置锭子压装的压力上下限,当锭子压装压力小于或大于压力上下限时,警报装置会发出警报。该系统可以有效保证锭子压装质量和产品合格率,同时减少后续检测工序,提高了劳动效率,降低了企业成本。Aiming at the difficulty of inspecting the assembly quality of spindle disc after pressing,a testing system for spindle pressing is designed,which could effectively measure the quality of spindle after pressing.The upper and lower pressure limits of spindle pressing are set by measuring and displaying controller.When the pressure of spindle pressing is less than or greater than the upper and lower pressure limits,the alarm device would give an alarm.Through this device,the quality of spindle pressing could be effectively guaranteed and the qualified rate of products could be guaranteed.At the same time,it reduces the follow-up workers’re-inspection process.It improves the labor efficiency and reduces the cost of enterprises.
