摘  要:碳纤维制品针刺机人工控制生产效率低,易出现叠层、不匀等瑕疵,而现有全自动针刺机进料板不稳定,剥网板与针板同步运动会产生断针和毛网不匀等问题。设计了一种可以生产高品质碳纤维针刺毡的平板针刺机。介绍了平板针刺机的工作原理、整体和各机构的结构设计。对比了非织造特种平板针刺机与普通碳纤维制品针刺机生产的产品质量。结果表明:非织造特种平板针刺机运行稳定,加工碳纤维时毛网均匀性好,无断针现象,可满足高质量的生产要求;非织造特种平板针刺机可以实现自动化针刺碳纤维制品,配合非织造特种纤维生产线组成针刺碳纤维毡生产线,可生产出厚度不同的碳纤维针刺毡。For the current manual control of carbon fiber products needle-punching machine,the production efficiency is low,and lamination,unevenness,etc.are easy to occur.The existing automatic needle-punching machine feed plate is unstable,and the stripping plate and the needle plate move synchronously,resulting in broken needles and hair,uneven mesh,etc.A kind of flat needle punching machine which could produce high-quality carbon fiber needle felt is designed.The working principle,overall design and structure of the flat needle punching machine are introduced.The quality of non-woven special flat needle punching machine and ordinary carbon fiber product needle punching machine are compared.The results show that the non-woven special flat needle machine is stable in operation,the uniformity of the wool web is good when processing carbon fiber,and the needle breakage is avoided,which can meet the high quality production requirements.It is pointed out that the non-woven special flat needle punching machine can realize the automatic needle-punched carbon fiber products,and the non-woven special fiber production line can form a needle-punched carbon fiber felt production line,and can produce various carbon fiber needle felts with different thicknesses.
