摘  要:针对目前PM_(2.5)日常防护用过滤材料存在的缺陷,以纺粘非织造布(S)和熔喷非织造布(M)的3种组合形式(SSS、SMM、SMS)的复合过滤材料为研究对象,采用自动滤料测试系统考察复合方式和气体流量对空气中PM_(2.5)过滤性能的影响,并对不同污染天气下复合过滤材料对空气中PM_(2.5)的过滤防护性能进行了研究。结果表明:气体流量对3种复合滤材的过滤效率和阻力压降均有较大的影响,品质因子随气体流量增加而减小;3种复合滤材对PM_(2.5)的综合过滤性能为SMS>SMM>SSS,在各种污染天气条件下对PM_(2.5)均具有较好的防护效果,可用于PM_(2.5)的日常防护。According to the defects of PM2.5 daily protection filter materials,three types of composite filter materials(SSS,SMM and SMS)based on spunbonded nonwovens(S)and meltblown nonwovens(M)are used as research objects,to investigate the effect of composite methods and gas flow on the filtration performance of PM2.5 in air,and the protection performance under different PM2.5 pollution weather conditions.The results show that the gas flow has a great influence on the filtration efficiency and resistance pressure drop of the three composite filter materials,and the quality factor decreases with increasing gas flow.The comprehensive filtration performance of three composite filter materials for PM2.5 is SMS>SMM>SSS,which all has better protection effect for PM2.5 under various contaminated weather conditions and could be available for daily PM2.55 protection.
