摘  要:结合非织造材料在一次性卫生用品领域的发展现状,选取ES纤维和黏胶纤维,经定向梳理成网、热风黏合加固后制成蓬松、柔软的复合热风导流层非织造材料。复合导流层材料包括两层:上层为纯ES纤网,采用纤维定向排列结构,增加液体在纤网中的水平方向扩散;下层为ES纤维与黏胶纤维混合,黏胶纤维具有亲水性,表面有沟槽。上下层具有明显的差动毛细效应,可缩短垂直方向的渗透时间,同时实现垂直面内和水平面内的定向导水。通过试验并结合生产实际情况,确定制备渗透时间短、回渗量小、水平导流面积大的黏胶/ES非织造布的最佳参数为:面密度小于50 g/m^2,上下层质量比为5∶5,下层的黏胶含量为8%。Combined with the development status of non-woven materials in the field of disposable sanitary products,ES fibers and viscose fibers are selected,and the fluffy and soft composite hot air guiding layer nonwoven materials are formed by directional carding and hot air bonding.The composite diversion layer material consists of two layers,the upper layer is pure ES fiber network,and the fiber orientation arrangement structure is adopted to increase the horizontal diffusion of liquid in the network;the lower layer is the mixture of ES fiber and viscose fiber,making use of the hydrophilic property of a small amount of viscose fiber and the grooves in the surface,the upper and lower layers have obvious differential capillary effect,which could reduce the penetration time in the vertical direction.The material could realize directional water conduction in both vertical plane and horizontal plane.According to the test and the actual production situation,the optimum parameters for preparing viscose/ES nonwovens with short penetration time,small backpermeation and large horizontal conduction area are determined as follows:surface density is 50 g/m^2,the weight ratio of upper and lower layers is 5∶5,and the viscose content of lower layers is 8%.
