摘  要:目的:通过高原-亚高原交替训练模式对“天花板”现象的干预,探索世居高原藏族中长跑运动员在不同海拔下训练时机体的运动生理学机制。方法:32名运动员随机分为A、B两组,分别进行高原和高原-亚高原交替训练后对相关指标进行监测。结果:(1)实验组安静心率、最大心率、呼吸频率下降,SpO2、VO2max升高;(2)实验组较对照组RBC、HGB增加,HCT降低;(3)实验组安静血乳酸降低,运动后血乳酸升高,升高幅度大于对照组。结论:(1)藏族中长跑运动员在高原训练时存在“天花板”现象;(2)高原-亚高原交替训练模式能有效干预藏族中长跑运动员高原训练“天花板”现象。Objective:To explore the intervention of plateau athletes to the“ceiling”phenomenon by altitude-sub-altitude alternate training.Methods:32 middle-long distance runners were randomized into two groups A and B.Monitor the related indicators.Results:(1)The athletes'heart rate in study group decreased significantly,the maximum heart rate of the same exercise decreased compared to the altitude training,the cardiac reserve increased significantly;(2)The respiratory rates decreased obviously in study group,the SPO2 increased significantly and the VO2max raised substantially;(3)The number of RBC and RBC in the study group increased significantly.The value of HCT decreased significantly.Conclusion:(1)Ceilling phenomenon exists in altitude training;(2)Altitude-sub-altitude alternate training have positive effect on ceilling phenomenon.
