摘  要:目的:通过分析锻炼动机、身体自我效能感和体育参与程度三者之间的潜在关系,揭示锻炼动机和身体自我效能感对体育参与的作用,为深化中学体育课程改革和提高体育教学水平提供理论指导。方法:运用问卷调查法和数理统计法对南昌市600名初中生锻炼动机、身体自我效能感和体育参与进行分析。结果:在性别上,男生的乐趣、社交、能力和健康动机显著高于女生,女生的外貌动机略高于男生。在是否独生子女上,初中独生子女社交动机和外貌动机显著高于非独生子女;非独生子女身体自我效能感和体育参与度显著高于独生子女;锻炼动机、身体自我效能感和体育参与各因子之间存在显著相关。结论:初中生锻炼动机、身体自我效能感和体育参与在性别、是否独生子女方面存在显著差异。身体自我效能感在锻炼动机和体育参与之间存在中介作用。建议在体育教学中,教师结合初中生的特点科学安排教学内容,进而提高身体自我效能水平,注重提高独生子女的乐趣动机和能力动机,最终使初中生形成良好的体育参与行为。To analyze the potential relationship between exercise motivation,physical self-efficacy and the degree of physical participation,to reveal the effect of exercise motivation and physical self-efficacy on sports participation,and to provide a theory for deepening the reform of middle school physical education curriculum and improving the level of physical education.guide.Methods:Questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the exercise motivation,physical self-efficacy and sports participation of 600 junior high school students in Nanchang City.RESULTS:In terms of gender,boys’fun,social,abilities,and health motivations were significantly higher than those of girls,and girls’motivations were slightly higher than boys’.On the basis of whether they are only children,the social motivation and appearance motivation of the only child in junior high school are significantly higher than that of non-only children;the self-efficacy and physical participation of non-only children are significantly higher than those of only children;exercise motivation,physical self-efficacy and sports participation factors There is a significant correlation between them.Conclusion:There is a significant difference in exercise motivation,physical self-efficacy and physical participation in junior high school students in terms of gender and whether they are only children.Physical self-efficacy has a mediating effect between exercise motivation and physical participation.It is suggested that in physical education,teachers combine the characteristics of junior high school students to scientifically arrange teaching content,thereby improving the level of physical self-efficacy,focusing on improving the fun motivation and ability motivation of the only child,and finally forming a good physical participation behavior for junior high school students.
