摘　　要：铝颜料不仅具有很好的防腐性能、银白色的金属光泽,同时还具有保温性能以及延缓塑料老化的作用,因此在免喷涂塑料中有着广泛应用.首先介绍了铝颜料的种类、粒径与性能的关系,影响铝颜料遮盖力的因素;其次介绍了铝颜料在免喷涂塑料应用中存在的问题和解决办法;最后总结了铝颜料在免喷涂塑料应用中的注意事项.Aluminum pigments not only have good anticorrosion performance,silver metallic luster,and also have the function of the heat preservation performance,and delay the ageing of the plastic.So aluminum pigments have a broad application in spray-free plastics.At first this article introduces the types of aluminium pigments,the influence of particle size of aluminum pigments on the properties of spray-free plastics,factors affecting the hiding power of aluminum pigments.Secongly,this article introduces the problems and solutions of the application of aluminum pigments in spray-free plastics.Finally,this article summarizes the application of aluminum pigments in free-spray plastics.
