摘 要:微量物证的检验在刑事科学技术领域至关重要,X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)因其具有简便、快速、准确、无需样品特殊前处理的优点在法庭科学中得到了广泛应用.随着技术的发展,现阶段X射线荧光光谱法在塑料、橡胶、纸张、土壤等领域的应用检验均有研究,不同物证可根据X射线荧光光谱法测出的元素种类及含量进行区分检验.The detection of trace evidence is very important in the field of criminal science and technology.X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF)has been widely used in court science because of its simple,rapid,accurate and no special sample pretreatment.With the development of technology,the application of XRF in plastics,rubber,paper,soil and other fields has been studied at present.Different evidences can be distinguished and tested according to the types and contents of elements measured by XRF.
