摘 要:目的:探讨微波预处理对小麦秸秆酶解效果的影响.方法:采用正交实验法,以固液比、微波功率、微波加热时间、粉碎度为因素,考查对还原糖浓度的影响.结果:液固比为20:1,物料粉碎度为80目,微波加热时间为4 min,微波加热功率为160 W时,其对应的还原糖浓度为386.61μg/mL.结论:微波预处理方法对小麦秸秆酶解效果有较为显著的影响.Objective:To investigate the effect of microwave pretreatment on enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat straw flour.Methods:The effects of solid-liquid ratio,microwave power,microwave heating time and crushing degree on reducing sugar concentration were investigated by orthogonal test.Results:When the ratio of liquid to solid was 20∶1,the comminution degree was 80 mesh,the microwave heating time was 4 min and the microwave heating power was 160 W,the corresponding reducing sugar concentration was 386.61μg/mL.Conclusion:Microwave pretreatment has significant effect on enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat straw.
