摘 要:通过对高密超细旦涤纶长丝上浆、退浆机理进行研究,采用四釜制工艺流程,优化NPG、SIPA及其余3种改性单体配方组合,制备出易溶解、易渗透、高玻璃化转变温度的聚酯浆料产品.因其上浆率高、退浆性能优异、织造效率高等特性,成功应用于高密超细旦涤纶长丝上浆,可较好替代丙烯酸浆料.The mechanism of sizing and desizing of high density ultra fine denier polyester filament was studied.The four pot process was adopted to optimize the formula combination of NPG,SIPA and other three modified monomers.The polyester sizing products with easy dissolution,easy penetration and high glass transition temperature were prepared.Due to its high sizing rate,excellent desizing performance and high weaving efficiency,the polyester sizing products were successfully applied to high density ultra fine denier fiber polyester filament sizing can better replace acrylic sizing.
