摘  要:目的:建立创制30%联苯肼酯·四螨嗪悬浮剂的高效液相色谱定量分析方法.方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB C18250 mm×4.6 mm(id)不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈和水为流动相,在270 nm波长下对30%联苯肼酯·四螨嗪悬浮剂进行定量分析.结果:方法线性相关系数分别为1.0、1.0;标准偏差分别为0.097、0.036;变异系数分别为0.49%、0.40%;平均回收率分别为100.26%、100.30%.结论:该方法可用于联苯肼酯和四螨嗪常规分析及质量控制的研究,快速、简单且具有良好的精密度和准确度.Aims:A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of Bifenazate and Clofentezine30%SC.Methods:The active ingredient of Bifenazate and Clofentezine was analyzed quantitatively using Agilent EclipseXDB C18250 mm×4.6 mm(id)and UV detector,the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-water,the detectionwavelength was 270 nm.Results:The linear correlation coefficients were 1.0 and 1.0,the standard deviations were 0.097 and 0.036,the variation coefficients were 0.49%and 0.40%,the average recoveries were 100.26%and 100.30%.Conclusions:The method could be used for the conventional analysis and quality control of Bifenazate and Clofentezine,which was rapid and simple with good accuracy and reliability.
