摘 要:目的探究对局灶性脑白质损伤早产儿实施磁共振检查(MR)诊断的效果。方法随机抽取20例局灶性脑白质损伤早产儿为实验组,另抽取20例局灶性脑白质损伤足月儿为对照组,对两组均实施MR诊断,对比两组影像学表现。结果两组患儿经常规MR T1WI、T2WI序列扫描显示,T1WI可见高信号,T2WI可见低信号或不表现为低信号,DWI扫描显示可见等信号、高信号,磁敏感加权成像(SWI)扫描显示可见低信号、高信号。两组患儿均存在点状损伤且均为混合型,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。线状损伤常见于半卵圆中心及侧脑室体旁,实验组线状损伤25.0%多于对照组的0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);簇状损伤常见于侧脑室前后角,对照组簇状损伤50.0%多于实验组的10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对局灶性脑白质损伤早产儿实施MR诊断切实有效,可为医师分析病情提供依据。Objective To investigate the effect of magnetic resonance(MR)in diagnosis of punctate white matter lesions in premature infants.Methods There were 20 premature infants with punctate white matter lesions as the experimental group,and 20 full-term infants with punctate white matter lesions as the control group.MR diagnosis was performed and the imaging performance of the two groups was compared.Results The conventional MR T1 WI and T2 WI sequence scans of the two groups showed that T1 WI showed high signals,and T2 WI showed low signals or did not show low signals.DWI scan showed visible equal signal and high signal,and magnetic sensitive weighted imaging(SWI)scan showed visible low signal and high signal.Both groups had punctate injuries and were all mixed,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Linear injury was common in the center of the semi-oval and the lateral ventricle.The proportion of linear injury 25.0%of the experimental group was more than that of the control group 0,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cluster-like injuries were common in the anterior and posterior horns of the lateral ventricle.The proportion of cluster-like injuries 50.0%of the control group was more than that of the experimental group 10.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MR diagnosis of premature infants with punctate white matter lesions is practical and effective,which can provide basis for doctors to analyze the condition.
