摘  要:为查找高压除焦水泵泵轴的失效原因,用EDS(X射线能谱分析仪)和合金成分分析仪检测了泵轴材质的化学成分,用扫描电镜观察了材质显微结构,用光学显微镜观察了材质金相组织,用显微硬度仪检测了材质显微硬度,用拉伸强度试验机测定了材质常温拉伸强度,用滴定管和pH计分析了泵内流体介质的氯离子浓度及pH;此外,还进行了泵轴的断口形貌分析、应力计算和有限元分析。分析结果表明,泵轴表面局部存在冶炼夹杂物,造成材质不均匀而诱发裂纹源。该裂纹源在循环载荷作用下发生扩展,最终导致泵轴失效断裂。To find the causes for the shaft of pump for high pressure decoking water failure,examination and analysis on the chemical composition,microstructure,micro-hardness and tensile strength of the shaft,and chloride concentration,pH value of the fluid medium in the pump are conducted by using equipment such as EDS,scanning electron microscope(SEM),optical microscope,micro-hardness tester,tensile strength testing system,burette and pH meter.Fracture morphology analysis,stress calculation,finite element analysis are also done.The results show that smelting inclusions which exist near the surface of the shaft lead to the material uneven,evoking crack sources.The crack sources extend due to cyclic loading,and the shaft of pump cracks finally.
