摘 要:固体硅钼共渗可提高钢铁材料的耐锌液腐蚀性能,但工艺难控,易致渗层不致密。通过利用溶胶-凝胶法在渗层表面涂覆氧化硅涂层,对硅钼共渗层的表面改性进行了研究,分析了渗层改性前后的组织形貌、物相结构、显微硬度、孔隙率以及耐蚀性能。结果表明,经表面改性后,硅钼共渗层渗层厚度大约500μm,硬度较基体升高约54%,渗层物相主要由Mo5Si3和Mo5Si2构成,且孔隙被氧化硅凝胶封堵至完全致密,在熔锌中既不受浸润也不受腐蚀,达到了优良的耐锌蚀性能。Solid silicon molybdenumizing can improve the corrosion resistance of iron and steel,but it is easy to make the permeable layer not compact due to the complex process.The surface modification of silicon-molybdenumizing layers was carried out,that is,the silica coating was coated on the surface of layers by sol-gel method.The microstructure,phase structure,hardness,porosity and corrosion resistance of the layer before and after modification were analyzed.The results show that after surface modification,the thickness of the silicon molybdenum permeation layer is about 500μm,the hardness is about 54%higher than that of the matrix,the phase of layer is mainly composed of Mo5Si3 and Mo5Si2,and the pores are sealed to be completely dense by the silica gel,which is neither infiltrated nor corroded in the molten zinc,and achieves excellent zinc corrosion resistance.
