摘　　要：针对小型试验用真空感应炉熔炼系统特点,提出了一种经济实用的自动浇钢控制系统。以液压比例换向阀替代伺服阀控制坩埚倾动,结合手动浇钢经验,采用PLC实现了对整个浇钢流程的自动化控制。该技术满足小型真空感应炉自动浇钢的同时,还兼顾成本低廉的优势,同时减少了冶炼过程的人为参与,降低了操作错误概率和人工劳动强度,具有极强地推广普及意义。According to the characteristics of vacuum induction furnace smelting system for small test,the economical and practical automatic steel pouring control system is proposed.Hydraulic proportional directional valve is used to replace servo valve to control crucible tilting.Combined with manual steel pouring experience,PLC is used to realize automatic control of the whole steel pouring process.This technology meets the requirements of automatic steel pouring in small vacuum induction furnace with low cost.It also reduces the human participation in the smelting process,reduces the probability of operation error and labor intensity,which has a strong significance of popularization.
