摘 要:失水和正极板栅腐蚀是铅酸蓄电池在备用电源场景下的主要失效模式。通过对备用型铅酸蓄电池进行全浮充和间歇式浮充的浮充寿命测试,同时采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等测试方法,对比分析了两种浮充制式对正极的板栅腐蚀程度和铅膏成分的影响。结果表明,采用间歇式浮充制式,能够有效地减少铅酸蓄电池的浮充电量和失水,但是对于板栅腐蚀引起的电池浮充使用寿命衰减改善效果不明显。Water loss and corrosion of the positive grid are the main failure modes of lead-acid batteries in backup power applications.The full-charge and intermittent float-charge life tests of backup leadacid batteries were conducted.At the same time,the effects of the two floating charge systems on the corrosion of the positive grids and the compositions of the positive paste were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and other test methods.The research results show that the intermittent floating charge system can effectively reduce the charging capacity and water loss of lead-acid batteries.However,the effect of improving the service life attenuation of the battery float charge is not obvious,which is caused by the corrosion of the grid.
