摘 要:针对氩氧精炼铬铁合金过程,建立了一种基于抗饱和内模控制的氩氧精炼铬铁合金碳含量控制系统,且依据实际生产数据,构造了供氧速率饱和约束专家系统。通过对受到控制器饱和的内模控制器进行饱和补偿,弥补了系统控制量超出实际工艺水平的缺陷,在保证整个过程中冶炼温度不会超出限制的前提下,发挥出内模控制稳态无误差的特点,准确达到冶炼过程的预期目标。A carbon content control system for argon-oxygen refining chrome-iron alloy based on anti-windup internal model control was established during the process of argon-oxygen refining of ferrochrome.The internal model controller of which the device was saturated performed windup compensation,which made up for the shortcoming caused by the system control amount exceeding the actual process level.Based on the real-world data,an expert system for oxygen supply windup constraint was constructed.In this way,the system ensured that the smelting temperature did not exceed the limit during the whole process,and took advantage of the error-free characteristics of the internal mold controller to accurately achieve the expected goals of the smelting process.
