摘 要:松浦大桥维护改造面临荷载大幅增加,需维持两片主桁不变,且只能原位负载加固施工等不利条件。依托该工程,进行大跨径钢桁梁加固改造中杆件、节点加固方法的研究。针对加固构件不同受力特点提出不同加固设计方法,提出了针对性的加固施工措施,计算表明,加固后老构件对结构安全起控制作用,加固时负载系数越小,可取得的加固效果越好。Maintenance of Songpu Bridge project faces unfavorable factors including substantial growth of load,keeping two main truss girders unchanged and reinforcement construction with load of bridge in situ.Based on the major repair project of Songpu Bridge,reinforcement methods of bar and joint in the long-span steel truss beam are studied.According to the stress characteristics of reinforced members,different reinforcement design methods and corresponding strengthening measures are proposed.The calculation shows that the old members play a controlling role in the structural safety after being strengthened.The smaller the load factor,the better the reinforcement effect.
